Centrally located hotel with good value for money. There are many hotels in the area, some are on Egnatia street which is very noisy and others are very expensive. hotel is two steps away from Egnatia but the street is very quiet. It is a quarter of an hour walk from Aristotle Square and ten minutes from Ladadika. young receptionist who was at the hotel on our last day in the morning was extremely helpful and pleasant and solved many issues that we had pending on our trip, such as the transfer to the airport and management of the boarding cards, buses to get to the upper part of the city. room is comfortable and air conditioning was working very well. right breakfast without much variety if you are several days in a row like us. We were given a breakfast coffee even though we left at 5 am.
We were fine at the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given an interior that looked out onto a very ugly courtyard. Of course, total tranquility.

The hotel is centrally located but still on a quiet street so it is good at night. The facilities of the hotel were also very good as was the breakfast.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, situated in the city center area and near a busy crossroad. The staff provides excellent service, always attentive to guests' requests. The rooms are basic, but comfortable, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony with a view. Breakfast is included and offers many options, making it a satisfying start to the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

It was very near the city center. Not very far from the port. Easy to access with bus, even from Macedonia Airport.(bus no 78 from the airportt and then no. 8 to the hotel.)

Good location
Lack of space and comfort in quadruple room. staff is not very helpful and the room we rent is suppose to be quadruple room and in reality is a room for 2 persons and one extensible sofa already open.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main Egnatia Road, making it easy to catch the 1X bus to and from the airport. It is also close to the bus station, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, there is a taxi stand nearby, allowing guests to easily hail a taxi. The rooms are cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast is satisfactory, providing a decent start to the day.
The hotel lacks parking options, which can be frustrating for guests with cars.

Very clean rooms. The hotel is near the city center and you can reach everything on foot within 30 minutes.Friendly stuff.
Double and 4-bed rooms were small, but still comfortable. Sometimes the noise coming from the street was annoying.

The staff at Egnatia were exceptional. When I had a last-minute problem with my boarding passes, Maria at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She confirmed my online check-in and even printed my passes. She truly saved my return trip. The service at Egnatia is like being with family. They treat you with great care and offer quick assistance with any needs, from calling cabs to providing instant towels. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, which gives it an authentic and local charm. The shop owners in the area are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and hot water. Plus, it's just a short walk to the restaurants in Ladadkia. I highly recommend this hotel for both family and woman travelers.

Great and perfect setting, I did not want to leave there.
I had a very nice experience and would love to come back. I greatly enjoyed that it was clean and decent, the staff were accommodating and rooms were new-fashioned. The breakfast included coffee and cheese and was tasty and sensational. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.
